Product Description
This item of glue is based on gelatin as the main raw material, industrial slowly-drying speed hot melt adhesives are mainly used in the mechanized production of hardbook case and paper boxes in paper packaging industry. When we making special-shaped boxes or more bigger size of rigid boxes need to dic cutting the cover paper and cardboard first,and put our jelly glue into the glue tank of Semi-Automatic Gluing Machine or Semi-Automatic Rigid box making machine to gluing the cover paper first and position the box on the cover paper by manual, wrapping and folding into inside of boxes ,after pressing the aire bubbles well and have a beautiful Rigid boxes etc.

This item of glue normal use for all kind of Semi-Automaic Rigid Box Making Machine or Semi-Automatic Gluing Machine to manual make different special-shaped boxes or more bigger size of rigid boxes ect. because this glue have long open time to working.
Usage method
Put the glue into the glue tank ,width 5% hot water also, setup the water temperature of glue tank of machine between 70 centidegree to 80 centidegree. After waiting the glue complete melting, the stirred rubber is in the same state and fluidity as water, while guaranteeing that its viscosity is suitable for the viscosity required for production. Then it can be produced.
