Product Description
Corner Pasting Tape is crafted from premium imported kraft paper and PET (polyester), along with other substrates, all coated with polyolefin hot melt adhesive. It is ideally suited for both single-angle applications and fully automatic, high-speed four-corner sticking machinery, facilitating the seamless assembly and shaping of carton corners. This tape boasts robust adhesive strength, effortless cutting, straightforward usage, an elegant appearance, and consistent performance. It remains resilient against moisture and heat, making it less prone to peeling or deformation.
This is uniformly sprayed on the PET substrate in a dustless environment with high temperature hot melt adhesive. The thickness of the PET substrate is 50um and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 20um. The total thickness of the tape is 70um. The width of the tape is usually 19MM, but it can also cut other width tapes according to customer's requirements. The total length is about 300m. Mainly used in all kinds of carton filler machine or automatic four-corner filler machine to stick the four corners of the box. After filler filler, the carton is stable, reliable and safe. Mainly used for high quality gift boxes
Usage method
Maintain the temperature within a range of 110°C to 135°C. This tape is utilized in automatic and semi-automatic box-making machines, box corner pasting equipment, four-corner pasting machines for boxes, automatic box wrappers, automatic rigid box manufacturing machines, and various other related machinery.
